Quick Label Guide
Quick way to read a label. For every 50 calories per serving, you can only have 1 gm of fat. So if a serving has 3 gm of fat, there must be at least 150 total calories or more. 2 gm of fat, must have 100 total calories or more. Do not go over more than 3 gm of fat per serving and you will see results fast. This formula is to keep your calories from fat at less than 20%. Share with a friend. Also, fan my page at Better Bodies on Campbell Facebook.
